We want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, tell us within 7 days of delivery.

You can return an item if

• It arrived damaged or faulty
• It's not what was described or pictured
• You received the wrong item or size

Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging.

How to start a return

1. Contact us with your order number and photos of the item.
2. We'll confirm and arrange collection or tell you where to drop it off.
3. Once we receive and check the item, we refund you to M-Pesa within 3 working days.
