How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart and check out on our website, or send us the item name, size and colour on WhatsApp. We will confirm availability and your order details with you.

Can I reserve an item?
Message us on WhatsApp and we will let you know what is possible for that item.

Payment

How can I pay?
We accept M-Pesa. When you check out online you will see the payment steps. For WhatsApp orders, we send payment details when we confirm your order.

Sizes

How do I find my size?
Every product lists the sizes it comes in. Our size guide explains how to measure yourself or your child. If you are between sizes, message us with your measurements and we will advise.

Children's sizes are by age. Are they exact?
Children grow at different rates, so age sizes are a guide. Measuring your child's height and chest, or their foot for shoes, gives a better fit.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?
We deliver around Kikuyu and nearby areas. Send us your location and we will confirm the cost and when to expect your order.

Returns and exchanges

What if an item does not fit?
Contact us as soon as you receive your order. Our returns page explains our exchange and return terms, including the condition items should be in.

How should I care for my items?
Each product description includes a short care tip. Following it helps fabrics, prints and shoes last longer.
